Hey everyone,
It’s been a while since posting online here. I’m really enjoying being less present on social media and watching Chet grow before my eyes. My blog posts have been put on the back burner a little bit lately, but in saying that, Chet is at his dad’s house today so I have a spare hour to write a new entry!
One of the most common questions I get asked is, “Where are the bedsides from?” No matter which project I’m posting an image of, the bedsides always receive a lot of love. So, I thought I would show you 15 of my favourites that are under $300.00… as well as a couple that exceed the $300.00 mark just a teensy bit!
I am an all-round lover of oak/ oak veneer because I like the warmth it brings to a room. However, lately I’m also crushing on walnut and brass details, especially coming into the autumn / winter season! I’ve listed a few different styles and colours, as well as some bargain finds that are on sale!
Enjoy these beauties and feel free to shop the look below.

I included a few side tables as well because sometimes it’s nice to have a simpler design in a guest bedroom where drawers aren’t needed. They also look great against a dark feature wall or wallpaper if you want the background to be your ‘wow factor.’ By using a side table instead of a bulkier bedside table you’re allowing the background to be your main feature in the room.
Before purchasing a side table to act as a bedside, it’s important you check the measurements because they come in all different widths and heights. Some are high, some are super low… so you need to make sure you choose one that sits relatively in line with your mattress.
If you want to change up the look of your current bedside table and it has a handle or knob, you can always purchase a new one to give it a fresh look. I changed the Balmain Bedside Table knobs to a small crystal in the girl’s room (featured at the end of this post.) It gives a softer, younger and more feminine feel, which works well against all the girly elements in the space. Some of my other faves are leather, vintage ivory and wooden replacement handles- eBay and Etsy are full of great little finds!
Well I hope you’ve gained some inspo from this blog post and enjoyed seeing some of my fave bedside designs.
Have a fab week,
Txx
Featured in my guest bedroom are the Mia Contemporary Bedsides.
