It is always a pleasure to share new seasonal trends with you, especially when the products align so perfectly with my own style. I’m pretty sure someone secretly made the Adairs Spring ’18 collection with me in mind!!! Think loads of texture, soft linen and cotton fabrics, embroidery, fringing, greenery and some seriously pretty pastels.

By now you all know I’m huge on texture and layering. I have folded the cream Asilah Quilt and used it as a comforter across the end of the bed. It breaks up the large area of sage, and also creates a warm, homely feel because the texture is soft and inviting.

The Savana vintage wash throw is my favourite linen throw to date! The two tone colouring (blush and a powder beige reverse) makes it the perfect styling staple and the fringed edge gives an organic, raw look. It has a matching cushion which I have placed on my bed and the Boracay fringed cushion is also a lovely shade of blush if you are looking for an alternative. See below. linebreak

On the topic of raw edges, the new bamboo linen range is really beautiful… and super soft! Even softer than my old favourite, the stonewash collection. It’s breathable and lightweight making it perfect for the warmer months approaching. I’ll be honest, before now I had never bought a bamboo sheet or quilt cover set because the style was too simple but the raw edge on this new collection is right up my alley!

Lastly, I’ve placed some greenery on my bedside tables to bring the outdoors in and complete the spring look. The faux white jasmine bunches look realistic and are a great cost effect option if you don’t want to replenish fresh blooms throughout spring/summer. I may have to also invest in a faux fiddle leaf soon because I have managed to kill a second real one, nooo!
